The Stage

Built to be read across the room.

The time, the phase and the movement by name, inside a glowing aura that changes colour with the phase. Portrait or landscape.

  • Cues you can hear

3-2-1 into every interval, a long tone into work, a lower one into rest. They mix with your music instead of turning it down.

  • Keeps counting in your pocket

Lock iPhone and the workout carries on, on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

  • On the gym TV

Connect a TV by cable or AirPlay Screen Mirroring. The clock fills the big screen and iPhone keeps the controls.

The Log: a week strip for September and finished workouts with their times.

Log

Proof you showed up.

Every workout you finish lands in your log, on a month calendar. Swipe a row to tick it off or delete it.

  • Synced through your own iCloud

Your history follows you to your other devices. It lives in your iCloud, which we cannot read.

  • Saved to Apple Health

Turn it on and finished workouts are written to Health. Nothing is read back.

On your wrist

The same timers, on Apple Watch.

The Classic Timers, the Benchmark and Thematic Workouts, the Stage and your log, redesigned to match iPhone.

Common questions.

Is it really free?

Yes. Every timer, every workout, the log, iCloud sync and Apple Health are free, with no ads. There is a tip in Settings if you want to leave one, and it unlocks nothing.

Will the beeps talk over my music?

They play alongside it. The cues mix with whatever is playing instead of turning it down, so the room's music keeps going.

Do the cues keep going when the screen locks?

Yes. The workout keeps running with iPhone locked or while you switch to your music app, and the Lock Screen and the Dynamic Island show where you are.

Can I put the clock on a TV?

Yes. Connect a TV by cable or use AirPlay Screen Mirroring. The clock fills the TV while iPhone keeps the controls. Any TV works, not only Apple TV.

Does it follow light and dark mode?

If you want it to. In Settings, Appearance can be Light, Dark or System. Many gyms pick Dark for the screen on the wall.

How do I run a chipper?

Use FOR TIME, and set a time cap if your gym uses one. Name the movements and they show on the Stage as you go.

What does the app collect about me?

There are no ads. Your workout history syncs through your own private iCloud, which we cannot read. The app sends anonymous usage statistics, such as which timers get used, that cannot identify you. Read the full privacy policy.

Still stuck? Email support@enyotechnologies.com and tell us which device and which timer. We read everything.
